Läderach North America is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support the design and execution of retail development projects. You will design retail locations and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet brand standards.

You will lead test fits, floor plans, and full construction sets with MEP coordination, collaborating with Swiss partners and internal teams from concept through construction, while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial/retail architectural design.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning.
• Experience across all project phases from schematic design to construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Design retail locations and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords.
• Conduct test fits, create floor plans, and provide in-house designs.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers to create full construction sets.
• Collaborate with Swiss partners to maintain global brand standards.
