Job summary

Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized Construction Manager to lead retail construction projects from pre-construction through store turnover, partnering with internal teams, general contractors, architects, and vendors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will review estimates, bids, and change orders, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to brand quality standards across multiple sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/project management experience, preferably in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other multi-site environments.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and budgets.
• Experience managing general contractors and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to review estimates, bids, and change orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
• You are eligible to work in the US and located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Area

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion and store turnover.
• Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
• Lead punch walks and coordinate timely completion of outstanding items.
• Manage the general contractor bidding process, including bid solicitation, scope review, leveling, and recommendations.
• Review project estimates, bids, and budgets for accuracy and completeness.
• Review, validate, negotiate, and approve change orders in accordance with project requirements.
