Job summary

GPD Group seeks an experienced Architectural Project Manager in Dallas to lead retail, restaurant, commercial, or industrial projects from inception to completion. You will own the full lifecycle, maintain client relationships, and guide teams to deliver quality within schedule and budget.

With 10+ years in architecture, you will supervise design development, construction documents, and coordination across disciplines, while leveraging BIM tools and client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture and 10+ years of progressive architectural experience, including project management responsibility.
• Experience delivering retail, restaurant, commercial or industrial projects, including ground-up buildings and multi-site programs.
• Ability to lead projects through programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and lead projects from kickoff through closeout, translating requirements into objectives and deliverables.
• Develop scopes of services, fee proposals, work plans, staffing strategies, milestones, and consultant assignments.
• Lead architectural teams and coordinate multiple disciplines across all project phases.
