Vizual Architecture is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Dallas for a full-time, hybrid role. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and communications among internal teams, consultants, and clients.

The position requires 5+ years with Revit, strong architectural knowledge, and a degree in architecture. Responsibilities include documentation, construction drawings, submittals, codes compliance, budgets, and LEED goals, plus mentoring

The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for partial work from home in the future. This role oversees architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among internal teams, consultants, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documentation, reviewing and producing construction drawings, organizing and tracking submittals, and ensuring compliance with design standards and applicable codes. The Architectural Project Manager supports design development, monitors project budgets and timelines, and helps guide projects to meet sustainability and LEED-related goals where applicable. This role also involves mentoring team members, supporting quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Project management and coordination skills, including Project Coordination and experience managing timelines and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong architectural expertise, with proficiency in Architecture and the development of detailed Construction Drawings.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (Revit), and strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
