Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in architectural or construction environments.
• Professional registration.
• Solid knowledge of architectural systems and construction methods.
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety and Energy codes at federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through entitlement, contract document, and construction phases.
• Develop and manage workplans and coordinate staffing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks with the team.
• Act as primary client liaison during the delivery process.
• Mentor and train staff with less experience.
• Enforce quality control procedures.
• Foster collaboration between Architectural Division and Design Build.
• Prepare and coordinate additional service requests.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership.
