The Miami HEAT are looking for a Retail Administrative Assistant to support the merchandiser and director with clerical tasks, such as arranging invoices and other indexed documents according to an established system. Operates office equipment and completes general office work. Additional duties may include answering telephones and data entry. Strong administrative skills are a must. Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
