Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to support store management in administrative functions and to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will help with interviews, onboarding, and maintaining associate records while ensuring cash handling and store operations meet company standards. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Maintains Associate personnel files.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Supports Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory and requisition.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
