Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in executing store administrative functions.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintain store standards.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and support hiring processes.
• Perform daily cash office functions and maintain cash office standards.
• Support scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory/requisitions for operations.
• Ensure proper Associate coverage and respond to staffing needs as required.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and Associates; provide feedback.
