Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline retail associate in Fort Collins to support store leadership in daily admin tasks and to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, integrity, and service, contributing to a busy, friendly store environment. Responsibilities include assisting with interviews/onboarding, maintaining records, handling cash office tasks, and ensuring proper coverage across all service areas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in executing store administrative functions.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience through engagement with customers.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and cash office processes.
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory in-store operations.
• Ensures proper coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Follows policies, procedures, and labor laws while keeping the store clean and organized.
