Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new Associates.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and cash office functions.
• Support scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory needs.
• Ensure proper coverage and assist in store operations as needed.
• Communicate priorities to management and Associates; provide updates.
