Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise and a high-quality customer experience.

You will work with a team to maintain organization, tagging, and signage while supporting store operations. Ideal candidates are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and possess strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities to train others and ensure policy

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures cleanliness, organization, and safe backroom operations.
