Responsibilities

• Supports store management in execution of store related administrative functions.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Participates in hiring process and onboarding of new Associates.
• Maintains Associate personnel files.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains standards.
• Assists with scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage to ensure positive customer experience.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and associates.
• Promotes and participates in safety, labor laws, and store policies.
