Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a store associate to execute receiving, merchandising, and customer service duties. You will help ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience and maintain organized backrooms and shelves.

You will train and mentor teammates, support store operations, and uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and productivity. This role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, including customer service and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep sales floor stocked.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Manage truck deliveries and prioritize replenishment to shelves.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and correctly coded.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
