Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. The individual will lead all client interactions within the assigned account scope and, in collaboration with the Senior Client Partner and Group Managers, develop and execute the account plan for effective client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions within the assigned account scope and develop the account plan in collaboration with Senior Client Partner and Group Managers.
• Manage client relationships and build a portfolio up to $30-50M; own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Coordinate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client; governance and account planning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis; lead client presentations; manage estimation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to resolve issues impacting project delivery; oversee multiple engagements across teams.
• Drive adoption and revenue generation from go-to-market solutions within the account; design tailored solutions with Solutions Leader.
