The Snow Lodge in Aspen, CO is seeking an Office Manager / Reservationist to oversee reservations, guest communications, and daily office tasks, collaborating with the General Manager and Host team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, hospitality-driven, with advanced Resy knowledge and experience in a high-volume upscale environment, and proficient in Google Workspace and calendar management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant reservations or guest relations.
• Advanced knowledge of Resy including floor plans, pacing and VIP notes.
• Experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant's daily reservation book and guest communications.
• Maintain ownership of Resy, floor plans, table inventory, pacing, VIP notes, and reporting.
• Review reservations in advance to identify VIPs, large parties, celebrations, and special requests.
• Optimize reservation availability and table utilization to maximize covers and revenue.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Host team, Events, and Operations on daily reservations.
• Assist with office administration, including emails, calendars, documents, and filing.
