Job summary

Aspen Snowmass is seeking an Assistant Ticket Manager to support the Mountain Sales operations, delivering a guest-focused experience and driving sales. You will collaborate with the Ticket Office Manager to ensure seamless transactions and consistent service across guest touchpoints.

You will also train staff, assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and communications, while promoting lift access, lessons, rentals, and related services to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in guest service or sales.
• Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Mountain Sales to deliver guest-focused sales experience.
• Lead and manage front-line staff with coaching and seasonal evaluations.
• Provide on-the-ground support for guest interactions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and office communication.
• Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and guest service best practices.
• Promote and sell lift access, activity tickets, lessons, rentals and related services.
• Book private lessons and reservation-based products accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
• Build relationships across departments to support collaboration and guest satisfaction.
