Job summary

Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Ski & Snowboard School Sales & Reservations Agent to guide guests from first inquiry to final booking with warmth and accuracy on their mountain experience. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, upselling lessons, lift tickets, rentals, and season passes, while collaborating with school staff and operations to ensure smooth reservations and a memorable winter season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or reservations.
• Experience with phone and email communication in a professional setting required.
• Previous experience with sales targets or performance goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests and selling Ski & Snowboard School products, including lessons, lift tickets, season passes, equipment rentals, and seasonal activities.
• Promote the Ski & Snowboard School and Pros by sharing in-depth knowledge and driving upselling and cross-selling.
• Build relationships with guests by offering personalized service and ensuring needs are met before, during, and after booking.
• Support guests through seamless booking by assisting with reservations and providing clear information on products and services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all offerings and seasonal changes to inform guests.
• Utilize professional sales techniques to identify and meet guest needs, driving conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
