Job summary

PSIA-AASI Western Region is seeking a Sales & Reservations Supervisor to support guests, Pros, and managers while overseeing POS and S3 systems. The role emphasizes a professional culture, business development, and technical excellence, reporting to the School Manager or General Manager.

The position requires at least 1 year of office management experience and 3 winter seasons in the ski industry, with strong organizational and communication skills. Salary is budgeted with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service orientation and ability to support POS/S3 operations.
• Minimum of 1 year of office management experience.
• Minimum of 3 winter-season experiences in the ski industry, preferably with sales/reservations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize POS, S3 support systems and administrative requirements.
• Supervise, schedule, and assign office staff for daily needs and seasonal peaks.
• Support business growth, guest experience, and revenue collection through operations and reconciliation.
