Norco, Inc in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Resupply Specialist to accurately create resupply orders and verify insurance authorization. You will communicate with customers to resolve questions, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Responsibilities include initiating orders within 2 business days, coordinating with patients and insurers, and applying policies and safety rules while becoming expert in dispensing equipment for excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with medical software used by Norco; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong public relations skills with empathy and tact.
• Accurate data entry into computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to frequent priorities and fast pace.
• Attention to detail across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage centralized resupply orders with timely initiation.
• Communicate clearly, professionally with Norco customers.
• Verify insurance authorization prior to sending supplies.
• Add modifiers to resupply orders when required.
• Coordinate with patients, departments, branches, and insurers to resolve issues.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Develop expertise in equipment dispensing for high-quality service.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
