Norco Inc. is seeking friendly individuals to join the Customer Care team in Meridian, Idaho. This part-time role involves handling inbound calls, helping customers with medical supply needs, and guiding them through shipping and billing inquiries in a busy contact center environment.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Proven time management and a sense of urgency.

• Fundamental typing and computer skills; ability to enter data into software and Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
• Identify needs, clarify information, and provide timely customer solutions.
• Educate customers on options for medical products and services.
• Follow processes to resolve customer inquiries.
• Support community agencies in continuity of care as patients transition care.
• Lead customers through shipping and billing inquiries.
• Document conversations and interactions thoroughly.
