Norco, Inc in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Purchasing Agent to acquire goods and services for maintenance, repair, and resale. Responsibilities include vendor qualification, scheduling, ordering, expediting, and inventory control to maintain a steady flow with minimal stock.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and basic math skills. This position involves handling paperwork and staying seated for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal interaction with managers and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position.
• Perform basic mathematics calculations.
• Have an understanding of flow of products.
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (i.e. processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, etc.).
• Sit for extended periods of time.
