You will manage staff, monitor sales and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering outstanding service to customers, donors, and volunteers.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget tracking, and cross-department collaboration in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office programs
• Basic math and POS experience
• Budget and expense tracking experience
• Strong leadership abilities and customer service experience
• HR related skills such as interviewing and training are a plus
• Ability to multi-task and support Habitat's Mission and Core Values

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and financial performance
• Monitor sales, inventory, and expenses to meet budgeted objectives
• Develop plans for store growth and improvements
• Manage ReStore staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
• Provide exceptional service to customers, donors, and volunteers
