Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County seeks a ReStore Manager to lead all retail operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. You will manage staff and volunteers, optimize merchandising, and maintain safety and compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will oversee financial stewardship, reporting, and community engagement, partnering with Habitat OC marketing for local promotions and outreach. A hands-on leader is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Minimum 7 years of progressive work experience
• Experience working with volunteers or in a nonprofit environment is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing strategy, and shrink control.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, performance feedback, and development of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure strong customer service culture and community engagement.
• Manage day-to-day store activities including cashiering, donation intake, and merchandise handling.
