Job summary

Habitat Charlotte Region is seeking a ReStore Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial success, and develop a dedicated team. You will manage customer and donor relations, oversee staff HR tasks, and ensure safety and compliance while representing Habitat professionally.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, inventory control, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule is expected, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Basic math and POS experience.
• Management and Customer Service experience (5+ years of management required).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Budget and expense tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial success of the ReStore.
• Develop and coach the ReStore staff, including HR functions such as interviewing, hiring, training and development.
• Maintain store safety, compliance and a high level of customer/donor service.
• Monitor sales vs. budget, control inventory, review P&L/GL monthly, and manage expenses.
• Coordinate cycle counts and monthly inventories; ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments and represent Habitat professionally.
