Responsabilités

• Assist in managing store operations with staff and volunteers.
• Oversee daily sales, inventory, returns, and customer service.
• Open/close the store and lead team development and supervision.
• Support HR functions like interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of reports, and adherence to procedures.
• Provide a positive donor/customer experience and maintain cleanliness.
