Habitat Charlotte Region is seeking an Assistant ReStore Manager to partner with the ReStore Manager in running store operations, leading staff and volunteers, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires 3+ years of management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage budgets, safety, and daily procedures.

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with a rotating schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of management experience and strong leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and POS systems.
• Financial tracking experience and basic HR skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with volunteers.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily sales and review budget with Store Manager.
• Open/close store, lead team, manage returns and money handling.
• Assist HR functions: interviewing, hiring, training.
• Lead store team to meet goals; train and engage staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and donor relations.
