Job summary

Habitat Charlotte Region is seeking a ReStore Manager to lead daily store operations at Wilkinson Restore in Charlotte, NC. You will drive financial results, supervise staff, manage donor and customer relations, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting Habitat’s mission to provide affordable housing solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Basic math and POS experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Budget and expense tracking experience.
• Management and Customer Service experience (5+ years of management required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, financial success, team development, and customer/donor relations.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring daily sales, inventory, and store P&L; manage expenses and variances.
• Develop and research plans for continued store growth.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety policies.
• Daily management of ReStore staff including HR functions (interviews, hiring, training).
• Maintain legal and safety requirements; provide excellent service to customers, donors, volunteers.
