Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade is hiring Restoration Technicians to respond to emergencies and restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. You’ll receive certified training, full benefits, and a clear career path, not just a job.

Bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, paid IICRC training, and a path to Lead Tech or Supervisor roles help you grow. Uniforms and PPE are provided, with medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning or indoor air quality services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage).
• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor.
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses.
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services is a plus
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles
• Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• IICRC certification is a bonus-but not required
