Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew of technicians on emergency response jobs, guiding projects from water and fire damage to mold and storms. You will set the tone with customers, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction while overseeing site work.

This labor‑intensive role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to document every job with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications = bonus, but well help you get there.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Set the tone with customers—manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (labor-intensive).
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers.
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.

What You'll Do as a Restoration Supervisor:

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects

• Set the tone with customers-manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction

• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)

• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers

What You Bring:

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver's license + clean background

• IICRC certifications = bonus, but we'll help you get there

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (sometimes 100 lbs with assistance)

• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and working in tough conditions

• Tech-friendly-able to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms

• Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed
