Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate, monitor, and perform work on restoration projects, delivering the brand’s Here to Help promise and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

You will oversee crews, manage materials and equipment, document progress, enforce safety, and provide coaching to technicians while maintaining schedule integrity and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction; supervise technicians.
• Document restoration projects to support provided services.
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate progress and updates with internal team members.
• Ensure safety protocols are established and followed in the workplace.
