Job summary

Servpro of Parker and Northeast Hood Counties is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to serve as the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO brand. You will coordinate, monitor, and perform work on projects to fulfill service needs and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

You will supervise restoration technicians, communicate clear expectations, manage project progress and documentation, protect assets, and uphold safety guidelines while supporting continuous improvement and client

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
