Job summary

SERVPRO of St. Charles/Geneva/Batavia is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects, coordinate production activities, and ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding safety standards.

You will supervise technicians, manage client communications, document job files, control labor and materials, and collaborate with the project manager and office staff to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reside within 45 minutes of 1900 E. Tyler Rd, St. Charles, IL.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians
