Job summary

SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton & Southern Lake Counties is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects and supervise technicians while ensuring top-tier customer service. You will be the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, coordinating production activities and maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Experience in cleaning/restoration and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills needed
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure safety of occupants and workers
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
