Job summary

SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field projects, supervise restoration technicians, and ensure timely, quality service. The role centers on coordinating production, monitoring progress, safeguarding safety, and maintaining exceptional customer experience on every job.

You will document job files, manage labor and materials, communicate with the project manager, and help uphold SERVPRO's Here to Help commitment across all assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• Able to lift 50–100 pounds regularly, with assistance.
• Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise them.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on projects.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress.
