Job summary

SERVPRO of North East Chester County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure top-quality restoration services. You will coordinate production activities, supervise technicians, and maintain excellent customer relations throughout projects.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, 1+ year in cleaning/restoration, and a GED or higher. IICRC certification is a plus. This on-site role offers growth within a strong SERVPRO network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
