SERVPRO of North East Chester County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate, monitor, and perform work to meet service needs and help deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing resources, maintaining safety, documenting detailed job files, and communicating progress to project managers and office staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
