Job summary
SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site cleanup and restoration projects. You will coordinate production processes, monitor safety, and ensure quality while guiding restoration technicians.
The role requires a valid driver's license and at least 1 year in restoration or construction. IICRC certification is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities are offered along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support services.
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects.
- Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
- Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
- Coach and train restoration technicians.
