Job summary

SERVPRO of Southeast El Paso/Butterfield - 11089 is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to act as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, coordinating, monitoring, and performing work on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, and IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production processes and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall satisfaction.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file.
• Manage labor and materials on projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress.
