Job summary

SERVPRO of Southeast El Paso/Butterfield is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the project manager and coordinates technicians, materials, and schedules to complete jobs efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction, a valid driver's license, and is willing to meet OSHA guidelines; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
