SERVPRO of Buckeye is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate production processes, supervise restoration technicians, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and efficient project execution in Buckeye, AZ.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, 2+ years in cleaning/restoration/construction, and IICRC WRT certification; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification (WRT) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control (as described).
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction; monitor online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
