Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall satisfaction per online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
