Job summary

SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate, monitor, and perform work on projects, ensuring a positive customer experience and high-quality outcomes.

Front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, you will supervise restoration technicians, manage materials, and collaborate with office staff while adhering to safety standards and directives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety and coach/train restoration technicians.
