Job summary

SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to act as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, coordinating, monitoring, and performing work to meet service needs and deliver a positive customer experience.

The role requires coordinating crews, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining detailed job files while driving customer satisfaction and project progress across restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
