Job summary

SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton & Southern Lake Counties is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects and ensure a positive customer experience. You will coordinate production, supervise technicians, and help drive toward the Here to Help commitment.

Qualifications

Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills needed.
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
High school diploma/GED required.
IICRC certifications preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, labour intensive position.
Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to protect occupants and workers.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects and protect equipment and materials.
