Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes customer communication, safety, and efficient jobsite management.

You’ll train and mentor technicians, ensure detailed job documentation, and contribute to a culture focused on integrity and growth. A company vehicle is provided with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications are a bonus and supported for you to obtain them.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (sometimes 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable working in tough conditions and crawlspaces with ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of technicians on emergency response projects (water, fire, mold, storm).
• Set the tone with customers, manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work in a labor‑intensive environment.
• Monitor safety and enforce protocols to protect crew and customers.
• Maintain documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Keep equipment, vehicles and supplies well‑maintained to reduce waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach and mentor team members to support growth.
