Job summary
SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to residential and commercial emergencies, perform water and fire restoration tasks, and support job site readiness. You will handle equipment setup, debris removal, and documentation while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles
- Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders and lifting 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work on-call shifts including some evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage)
- Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup
- Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles
- Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor
- Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses
- Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication
