SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew on emergency response projects, guiding teams through water, fire, mold and storm damage. You’ll manage client expectations, coordinate jobsite activities, and ensure top‑notch safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications bonus, but we'll help you get there.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Set the tone with customers—manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role).
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers.
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.
