Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Able to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of technicians on emergency response projects (water, fire, mold, storm).
• Set expectations with customers, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work; ensure safety protocols are followed.
