Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew through water, fire, mold, and storm damage. You will manage customer expectations, supervise on-site work, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

The position offers a labor-intensive environment with room to grow into Operations or Construction leadership, a $21–$24 per hour wage based on experience, and benefits through SERVPRO.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• IICRC certifications = bonus, but we'll help you get there.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (sometimes 100 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects
• Set the tone with customers-manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs)
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow
