Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew on emergency response jobs, guiding projects from start to finish. You’ll manage customer expectations, supervise jobsite work, ensure safety, and document every detail while keeping equipment and vehicles in top shape.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Set the tone with customers—manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (labor-intensive).
• Monitor safety and enforce safety protocols for your team and customers.
• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.
